Questions about Siblings: Life is a Mystery.

Questions about Siblings: Life is a Mystery.

Where is she?
Where is he?
Where is she?
Where is he?

Where are my sisters? My brothers?

Are they okay? Do they have support?  People who love them properly?

I have four siblings I have never been able to contact or locate.

My mother could not be responsible for us, because she could not help herself through her mental illness.

Where are these siblings now?
What is their point of view about adoption?

Maybe one day I will know;  it is possible I will not.

My sister and my niece on my father’s side talked with me today.
This week I have sent off two letters to them and one to my paternal aunt.

I am grateful for these people I do have in my life.
I am happy to see them smiling back at me.
My niece read me a book from Toy Story via video chat today, with her braided red pigtails and big purple bows a top her head.

This time we have is precious.
I love them all.
Maybe I will only know a few of them.
Maybe that will be enough.

“Life is a mystery.”  I tell my sister.
She replies, “Yes, it is.”
